All the appointments and matters (including membership questions) were explained and handled very professionally and smoothly by a staff member, Lenn. Everything was laid out and discussed transparently and clearly. I'd wholeheartedly recommend going here.“

„This PRIME TIME is great if you want to do cardio and then hit the wellness area afterwards. There are only 4 spots though, so you have to be quick. For upper-body training, PRIME TIME Bockenheim has more equipment, but no wellness area.“

There's no reception desk where you can reach a trainer. The changing room could also be a bit cleaner. The gym has real potential that unfortunately isn't being used. A shame, in my opinion. That said, the trainers were very nice to me.“

„I am not comfortable with the fingerprint system being introduced at the gym. Having to provide biometric data just to check in feels like an unnecessary invasion of privacy. Unlike a card or a password, a fingerprint is permanent, and once that data exists it can potentially be misused, shared, or exposed in a security breach. Even if the intention is convenience, it feels like a step too far for something as simple as gym access, and I do not think members should be expected to give up biometric information for that.“
